Was researching places to get my airconditioning checked out on my 2020 Highlander. Came across Four Car Garage. Made an online appointment for 1030am. Unfortunately a rough morning with my family and kids made me miss my 1030 appointment. I received a call from Jennifer and explained it was a rough morning with the family. She was really nice and understanding over the phone. She was very understanding and told me that if I still wanted to come in its possible. I was very relieved cause i got a family trip on Saturday. When I arrived I walked into the little office and it was like walking into your own personal spot. The aura just felt that way. Everything was explained with extreme detail about what was to be done and how the job was gonna be done. The car loan program they have is also phenomenal. That way you dont have to worry about not being able to run your errands or pick up kids, it sure as hell also beat having to request and pay for an uber ride! My car was done well within the timeframe of 3 hours. So i finished up the rest of my errands and picked up my car. Mind you I live in daly city and drove about 25 mins. Jennifer appreciated the time i took to come down. I cant say enough good things about this business. Made me immediately feel like family. With all the other shops here in daly city...I will definitely go out of my way to a shop that I trust. I felt the job was done well and now my airconditioning is freezing cold! Just how I like it. The price for the job I felt was reasonalble for the job done and the convenience I had throughout my entire experience. I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on as Jennifer worked really hard to ensure the trust factor. I am taking my wife's car there next week for a brake inspection in a couple weeks. And I am going to make sure my family and friends go here for their car maintenance needs. Side note they tell you everything they are gonna do first...and if they find anything else they will call you and get confirmation to go through with whatever needs fixing that was not in the scope of the first estimate. Even though you arent there in person still made me feel like I was involved in everything that i was dealing with my car. Thank you Four Car Garage! You guys did awesome work and I am really really pleased with the experience.

I was with PK Auto till the facility was sold to Four Car Garage and I stayed with the new owners. Four Car Garage is a family business and they threat me like family. I enjoy their professionalism, deep technical knowledge and the smile they use to deliver service. I have seen them go above and beyond to earn my business. My highest rating.

Gave me a very clear explanation of what needed to be done, what the priorities are, and then did the immediate work exactly when they said they would. Now I have a reasonable plan for next steps. I'll be back! Thank you Albert and Jennifer and the whole team!

Always top notch care and service.

The brakes on my BMW were really loud, but Four Car Garage got everything fixed in the same day. Super friendly service, reasonable prices, definitely recommend!

Management unorganized. I don't know how they survive.

The staff is always pleasant and they always do a thorough job, never pressuring for extras, they let you know what needs to be done and what can wait. I have been coming here for a few years now and appreciate their work and work ethics. Thanks Jennifer , thanks Albert and other mechanic in the back ;)

Shop does honest good work. Will not sell you something that you don’t need just to squeeze extra money out of you. Very good communication through the multiple repairs I had done.
