He offered me a loaner car at an exceptionally good rate so I could get on with my day. His staff took care of the trouble, showed me the damaged parts, and had what was a dangerous driving condition corrected within the day— far ahead of my expectations. The original quote was the end cost, and I drove away happy and confident that I had found the right team to handle my cars from now on.

This store has the best engineers. They fixed the anomaly in my car that had plagued me for more than six months, and they did it perfectly. Dealer or other mechanic shop has not ever been able to fix this problem.
