My 2017 Audi A6 had a Check Engine Light (CEL) come up and I brought it to Four Car Garage for a look. After I scheduled an appointment on their website, I received a confirmation email from them right away and a follow-up from Jennifer asking if I would need a loaner. I'm talking a few minutes from me setting up the appointment. She was on the ball! I replied that I would need a loaner and she confirmed right back. When I arrived to drop my car off, I met Albert, who was very nice and accommodating. He took the car and provided me with a loaner vehicle as expected. Not long after I left the vehicle with them, I heard back that I should return to discuss the situation. The code returned seemed to point to an issue that may have been related to a recall for my vehicle. Jennifer had done some research on the recall and printed up some material for me. She advised that I take the vehicle to Audi, since the issue could be corrected by them. Wow. They did not have to do that, and I likely would not have known the difference. This speaks volumes about their integrity, which I value highly. Although work was eventually done by Audi, I cannot say enough how much of an impression both Jennifer and Albert had on me. We have four cars in our family. Without a doubt, if any work will be needed, it will be going to them.
