My wife's bimmer was just out of warranty, so per murphys law, the check engine light goes on! After talking to a couple different people, our friend recommended that we utilize Four Car Garage. The service was fantastic, they explained everything they needed to do, and pricing, based off how much others said they paid for similar services was quite competitive. However, a day after leaving the garage, my wife was driving home and the bimmer went into 'limp home' mode. Understandably freaked out, she left a scathing message on their answering machine. They called her right back, and even though it was well after closing, on a holiday weekend, they allowed her car to be left on their grounds, and they came in on their day off to investigate the issue. The fixed the problem at no charge and had the car ready for pick up on the holiday. Thanks to the whole team there who were friendly and supportive in my wife's time of need!

What can I say, other than this is the best garage I have ever been too! Not only are they completely honest about pricing and the vehicle, they are quick and kind. I will never go anywhere else. I am now a lifer.. Well let's hope my Freelander is kind to me and I don't have to visit to often. Great service, wonderful family owned business. Love love love it. Please keep up the great work. There was once a time when everyone knew their local mechanic and the local mechanic knew the individuals car like it was a member of their family. Even though I'm only 30, I've heard about "those times way back when" from my father and grandfather but never had the joy of experiencing it for myself. That is until I found The Four Car Garage. I will say that it is truly a blessing to deal with a family neighborhood car repair shop. One that is interested in not only courtesy but also taking the time to address their customers concerns. All it took was one time to bring my '99 Land Rover Discovery with 175k in for a brake job to know that I was dealing with top of line individuals; ones who knew their stuff while looking out for the customers best interest....money and value. On top of that, I'm a Land Rover enthusiast. I practically bleed green. Diane and Gary matched my enthusiasm for my trusty vehicle and even challenged my knowledge of my own truck, something that is not easy to do. As far as I'm concerned, they have a customer for life.

I have been a customer of Four Car Garage for the last 10 years...I can only say they are simply the best. The whole team is wonderful from start to finish. Unfortunately I love English cars and suffer the usual auto maladies: and Gary and team know them like no others. When it comes to service they are unparalleled...they let you know the long and short of all repairs and go to extremes to make sure you are comfortable and making an informed decision about repairs. They keep you informed at all times; I actually enjoy hearing from them about my car repairs! Work is completed on time and as promised. If there are complications you are notified immediately.When the repair is complete your car is returned to you clean and there is no sign a job was performed except that your car works better!Gary, Diane, Jennifer, David, Ty, and team, thank you so much...you are simply the best.

Customer service, personal integrity, quality auto service and a 'listening ear' survives at Four Car Garage specializing in Mercedes, BMW, Rolls Royce and Jaguar. This husband and wife team, along with their daughter and staff offer this level of service, but granted...without the glitz of car dealership service centers. If you want quality service at a fair price then this is where you need to take your car. I've inherited my father's 2000 Jaguar. It was in need of some TLC. I decided to take it to Four Car as they were the team my father respected...although he rarely took the time to keep it serviced properly. They are informative without being pushy, like to 'educate' their clients, and stand by their work.

Gary, Diane and Jen are great - very personable, efficient, and upfront. Gary knows his Jags really well. Service is quick, timely, and the courtesy rides are truly helpful.They are pricey, but this is a specialized skill on specialized automobiles. There is a reason Civics and Corollas don't turn heads....
