San Mateo auto repair

I don't live in the area any longer and I used to take my vehicle to "Auto Medics" for many MANY years. They were amazing and sadly closed up shop and moved on. I will miss Chris & Robert. I'm leaving a review for 4 car garage because of my recent phone conversation with Jennifer. I called the old Auto Medics number (not knowing they closed) and it rang over to 4 Car Garage. I was so confused at first but then found out they'd purchased the customer list and records from Auto Medics. Now hold on there before you start crying foul. They essentially purchased the business. This happens all the time. It just so happens they didn't acquire the physical location though. This is a very smart move because Auto Medics customers were EXTREMELY LOYAL - they knew they could trust the expertise and intentions of Auto Medics. After spending some time talking with Jennifer about various things (for nearly 45 minutes!) it became very apparent that they are continuing in the exact same manner Auto Medics operated. The same helpful, honest, & knowledgeable professionalism. Sure wish they were like that where I live now!

Good communication between customer and staff/car techs

This company is easy to do business with and very professional. This is not a comment that comes to mind when doing business with a auto repair shop. I have been doing business with Four Car for more than ten years.

Friendly service team, great communication, and quality work. We appreciate the detailed inspection and recommendations they provide each time bring our vehicle in for routine service. Let's us fix problems early before they turn into real problems. We highly recommend their services.

When Auto Medics closed, I thought I’d never again find a great auto mechanic. Four Car Garage proved me wrong. The garage is clean and well organized and service is prompt. There is no waiting when you come in for your appointment and the garage is filled with people who believe good customer service is what sets them apart from others in the area. Three weeks prior to my scheduled service appointment, I dropped by and asked if they could help me with window washer fluid. Ten minutes later I left with fresh washer fluid, clean windows, and a smile on my face as this service was provided at no cost. I’ll definitely be back!
